
INGREDIENTS
- 400-gram fresh tiger prawns
- 3 Large carrots, julienne cut
- 100-gram green beans
- 50-gram peas
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as parsley, coriander, or tarragon)
- Salt and paper to taste
METHOD
Preparation
- Clean and remove the prawn heads, shells and devein. Then wash them and pat dry with kitchen towels.
- Cut carrots into julienne with 5–7-centimetre length
- Dice green beans into 4-centimetre length.
For steaming
- Turn on the Cuisinart Steamer on manual mode and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Place the veggies in the steamer tray and arrange prawns on top of the veggies.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put the lid and steam for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the prawns and veggies to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add your choice of fresh herbs (Parsley, coriander, or tarragon).
