RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Replacement or return of products due to a change of mind is not allowed. Only defective products are eligible for replacement or return. If you believe your product is defective, please send a message to the Cuisinart Philippines Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/cuisinartphilippines). A Customer Service Representative will get in touch to assist you in the investigation and provide further instruction.
Please prepare the following information to avoid any delays in the review and approval process:
- Reason for return, including photos or videos of the issue
- Your Order ID
- Your Name, Email, Address, and Daytime Phone Number
The actual item returned will still go through a final evaluation process by our authorized service center before your refund can be processed.
If item is accepted for return or exchange, it must be returned in original packaging material, complete with manual and accessories in good condition, together with proof of purchase. If the original packaging, manual and accessories are no longer available, the original packaging, manual and accessories of the replacement unit will be retained by the store.
