INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium potatoes (or 1.5 cups) mashed (recommend dutch cream potatoes)
- 415g tinned red salmon (drained & bones removed)
- 1 egg lightly whisked
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 sesame seed burger buns
- 1 ripe avocado
Dressing (optional)
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- ½ clove pressed garlic
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix together
METHOD
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potato and salmon. Add egg, green onions and parsley and mix well. Form the salmon mixture into patties around 2cm thick.
- Using the Griddler & Deep Pan, set the position to open BBQ mode with the temperature at 230C.
- Once the grill has reached temperature, lightly spray with olive oil and cook the patties for around 4 minutes per side.
- Halve the burger buns, add a generous serving of avocado, salmon pattie, dressing and fresh cos lettuce.
