LOBSTER TAIL & GRUYERE CHEESE TOASTIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cooked lobster tails- sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic aioli
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp grated gruyere cheese
  • 2 slices brioche bread
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the Cuisinart Griddler & Deep Pan to 120*C. 
  2. Combine the sliced lobster meat, aioli, chives, parsley and salt and pepper in a small bowl. 
  3. Brush the slices of brioche bread with melted butter on one side. Flip the slices, and place the lobster aioli mixture on the unbuttered side. Top with grated gruyere, then with the other brioche slice.
  4. Once pre-heated, place the toastie on the grill plate, and gently close the grill. Grill for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted, and the brioche bread is golden and crisp.
  5. Slice in half, and serve warm.
