INGREDIENTS
- 250ml full fat milk
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 500ml thickened cream
- 1 tbs vanilla essence
- Last minute add ins -
- 75g 100’s and 1000’s biscuits, roughly broken
- 1/4 cup 100’s and 1000’s
METHOD
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer on low speed to combine the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in the cream and vanilla essence.
Pour the mixture into the frozen freezer bowl and let mix until thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes. Add the broken biscuits and 100’s and 1000’s and continue mixing until the add in’s are combined.
