
Ingredients
YODO (Yoghurt dough)
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1.5 cups self raising flour (we used Aldi’s gluten free)
- 1/4 tsp xantham gum (if using gf flour)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add - any pizza and bread toppings; we used tomato pasta, buffalo mozzarella, basil, garlic butter and Italian herbs
Method
- Mix your dry ingredients together with 1 cup of the flour in a bowl.
- Add your yoghurt and stir to combine
- If mixture is too wet add more flour until a dough forms.
- Remove the trays from your Cuisinart Express Oven Airfryer and turn it ON in pizza mode and press Start to begin the preheating phase.
- Transfer your dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut off 1/4 for your garlic knots (skip this if just making the pizza).
- Roll out with a well floured rolling pin to desired shape(s) and place on baking tray. Pop in the Oven Airfryer for 1 min to firm up the base.
- For your garlic knots, roll out the remaining dough and cut into 2cm strips. Coat one side with melted garlic herb butter and fold into knots. Cover with more butter mixture and transfer to the wire rack.
- Remove tray from Oven Airfryer and add your pizza toppings. Place both trays back into the Oven Airfryer and set for 10 minutes at 200C.
