INGREDIENTS
- 280g pack baby spinach
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1 large avocado sliced
- 1/3 cup raw walnuts
- 3 shallots finely chopped
- Add ingredients to a large salad bowl and toss to combine
Strawberry Vinaigrette
- 180g strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (substitute with 3 tsp Dijon mustard for a creamy dressing)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch salt
METHOD (Vinaigrette)
- Using the Mini Prep Pro Food Processor, insert the blade into the work bowl.
- Add all ingredients to the bowl and process on chop to combine.
- Process on grind for an additional 1-2 minutes, pausing for a few seconds between minutes – until the ingredients become homogenous.
