INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond spread
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup and allow to sit for a couple of minutes to soak chia seeds.
  2. Secure the blender attachment to the base.
  3. Turn the blender on using the high setting.
  4. Run until smooth, about 50 seconds and serve immediately.
