INGREDIENTS
- 1 small handful parsley
- 1 small handful coriander
- 1 small apple
- 4 small kale leaves
- 2 celery stalks
- ¼ lemon, peeled
- 1 cup water
METHOD
- Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup. Secure the blender attachment to the base.
- Turn the blender on using the high setting & run until smooth, about 50 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
