INGREDIENTS
BLENDED
- 1/2 cup mango (frozen, diced)
- 1/2 cup fresh mango
- 1 cup pineapple (frozen, diced)
- 1 fresh banana (use half for blending / half for topping)
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
TOPPING
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh mango
- 1/2 fresh banana (see above)
- 1/4 cup of shaved coconut
- Sprinkle of your favourite granola
METHOD
- Put all ingredients in the BLENDED list, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
- Secure the blender attachment to the base.
- Turn the blender on using the high setting. Run until smooth, about 50 seconds
- Add into a bowl
- Garnish with 'TOPPINGS' ingredients list
- Serve immediately & ENJOY.
