MANGO PINEAPPLE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

BLENDED

  • 1/2 cup mango (frozen, diced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango
  • 1 cup pineapple (frozen, diced)
  • 1 fresh banana (use half for blending / half for topping)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

TOPPING

  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango
  • 1/2 fresh banana (see above)
  • 1/4 cup of shaved coconut 
  • Sprinkle of your favourite granola

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients in the BLENDED list, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
  2. Secure the blender attachment to the base.
  3. Turn the blender on using the high setting. Run until smooth, about 50 seconds
  4. Add into a bowl
  5. Garnish with 'TOPPINGS' ingredients list
  6. Serve immediately & ENJOY.
