INGREDIENTS
- 400ml (1 can) full-fat coconut milk
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into your Cuisinart food processor.
- Using the chopping blade, process until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into silicone popsicle moulds being sure to add popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm
- Remove from the freezer just prior to serving
