INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cups whole milk
- 50g True Protein chocolate flavour collagen
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 30g mini marshmallows
- 3 scotch finger biscuits, crushed
METHOD
1. Place the milk, colagen, cocoa powder and sweetener into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
2. Next, turn on the Cuisinart Cool Scoops Ice Cream Maker and pour mixture into the frozen freezer bowl. Operate for 20 to 25 minutes until smooth and creamy.
4. Fold in the marshmallows and biscuits and then spoon into a freezer-safe container.
5. Place into the freezer to set for 4 hours and enjoy!
